Anyone interested in becoming an AMIGOS volunteer is encouraged to check the calendar in late August or early September to see when they might attend one of the Information Nights. Information Nights are held in September and October of each year. Applications are made available at that time. Interviews -- usually conducted by training staff and Board members -- take place in October, and accepted candidates begin training in November for service the following summer.
Interested candidates are welcome to contact the Seattle Chapter at any time with questions. They may also take a look at the preliminary application. Prospective volunteers are required to fill out this application. |
