The last retreat of the 2001 training year was held at the M-C Ranch on Whidbey Island. The volunteers were given the opportunity to leave a little something behind. The volunteers worked on a design that would symbolize the relationship between AMIGOS and the Ranch. All of the volunteers participated in the drawing and the painting of the mural named "Susurramos a los caballos y los niños" - "We whisper to horses and children."
